DPELC Virtual Trademark Workshop
Presented by Northwestern Pritzker School of Law’s Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center

We will discuss how to conduct a trademark search to identify other companies existing trademark rights in a proposed mark. We will then discuss how to determine the strength of a proposed trademark and how best to protect trademark rights on a federal level.

The Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center (DPELC), is a nonprofit, student-focused academic program. With the explosion of entrepreneurship around the country, lawyers need to be prepared both to serve entrepreneurs as clients and to approach legal problems in a more entrepreneurial manner.
