Britteny has recruited talent from cultivation, production, retail and corporate. Her current recruitment focuses are on Ascend Wellness’ Cultivation, Production and Operations at the corporate and national field level. A graduate of Millikin University with a Bachelor of Art in Communication, Prior to joining AWH, Britteny started her Cannabis career at Green Thumb Industries helping their organization grow from under 500 employees to 1500 in 2 years. Prior to cannabis Britteny’s career toured from tech giants Google and Workday, Coca Cola start up Fairlife, big four accounting firm EY and The museum of science and industry in Chicago. Bringing her diverse skill set and pairing it with her passion for wellness and cannabis; Britteny is proud to have had a hand in hiring over 900 individuals in the past 2 years for the cannabis industry and excited to continue hiring the most amazing humans empowering the worlds right to wellness through cannabis; focusing on ensuring diversity and representation in the industry.
