Nicole Mendoza is a Chicago native with 8+ years of operational experience in the cannabis industry. Her career spans from the mountains of Mendocino, California to Long Beach, California working as a manager on a dispensary’s opening team - and all the way back home to Chicago where she began began working for 4Front Ventures in 2018. With 4Front, Nicole has project managed the opening and/or acquisition of 10 dispensaries along the East Coast and Southwest. In 2020 she was promoted to Senior Product Manager for 4Front’s 1,800+ SKUs, building and launched over 190 cannabis infused products across seven product categories and 19 brands. Nicole has a track record of planning and executing initiatives designed to achieve a competitive advantage for a publicly traded cannabis company. She brings a depth of compassion, sensitivity and instinct to her projects along with a rolodex of industry contacts, SOP’s, training materials, market analyses, and project templates.
